"What strikes me is the resilience. At this point, women come to the prison, waiting to visit their relatives, waiting maybe to bring food. War inevitably tears families apart, disrupts family life, takes away prospects for the future that the family might have had together. Women in that situation I think do their very best to somehow keep the unity of the family together whatever happens. And that's what I really admire."
