Not enough is being done to address the tragedy of the missing, to help families clarify the fate of their loved ones. The ICRC continues striving to heighten awareness of the missing among governments, the military, the general public, and international and national organizations. It has redoubled its efforts to tackle the issue on a global scale to prove that something can ─ and must ─ be done.
