Home > Focus > RC Movement > Council of Delegates > 2005 News Section Council of Delegates - 2005 Council of Delegates of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, Seoul, Republic of Korea, 16 - 18 November 2005 The Council of Delegates is the body of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement where all members meet to discuss matters that concern the Movement as a whole. It meets every two years and comprises the 183 national Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, the ICRC and the International Federation.
