The ICRC Family Links Website for Iraq, which was aimed at restoring contact between family members separated after the beginning of military operations in Iraq on 20 March 2003, has been deactivated.

If you lost contact with family members in relation with the armed conflict started in 2003 and if you have not been able to restore contact with them or clarify their whereabouts, we kindly ask you to contact your nearest ICRC Delegation or Red Cross / Red Crescent national society for advice. In case a follow up can be done by the ICRC, this will be initiated upon your request. If not, you will be referred to the concerned Iraqi authorities.

In case you already registered yourself or a relative on the Family Links Website, this information has been archived by the ICRC in a confidential manner but could be deleted upon your request.
