Section VII : On conventions between belligerents - Art. 94.
    Art. 94. The agreement which proclaims an armistice must indicate precisely the moment it is to begin and the moment it is to end.
    An armistice must be notified officially and in good time to the competent authorities as well as to the forces engaged.
