QUESTIONNAIRE - Follow-up reporting to the 30th International Conference

Reporting on progress, including constraints, in implementing previous resolutions and pledges is a central part of the preparations to the upcoming International Conference in November 2011.
In order to capture the achievements and possible impact of pledges and resolutions of the 30th International Conference, we therefore ask members to the Conference to respond to the attached questionnaire:
