In many cases, the only contact between the men held at the US detention facility in Guantanamo and their families is through censored letters passed on by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Red Crescent. It is little enough but the messages bring hope and comfort to a number of families in Yemen who are desperate for news.
