Many days after the typhoon that devastated swathes of the Philippines, thousands of people still have no news about missing friends and relatives. ICRC protection coordinator Nancy Fournier explains how the ICRC and the Philippine Red Cross are tracing people reported missing and providing satellite phones so that people can reassure worried relatives "I'm alive!"
