In accordance with Article 22 of the Rules of Procedure of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, the ICRC and the International Federation will shortly be publishing the Report of the 28th Conference and Council of Delegates, which will contain all the official documents whose publication is provided for in that article. The current report has been published in French in the International Review of the Red Cross, Vol. 86, No. 854.
