Reviews and evaluations define to what extent a project or programme has achieved its objective. The handbook shows how these processes can be used to measure the results of any ICRC intervention by providing a step-by-step guide to monitoring activities, preparing and carrying out locally led reviews of projects or programmes, in order to adapt them if and when necessary. As such, it contributes to the implementation and the practical use of Results-Based Management. The handbook is designed as a companion of the Measuring Results Training Course Module.
