- A report on implementation of Resolution 5 on Follow-up to the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding of 28 November 2005 between the Palestine Red Crescent Society and the Magen David Adom in Israel, will be provided to the upcoming Council of Delegates (Geneva, 26 November 2011) and, through it, to the 31st International Conference pursuant to Paragraphs 5 and 6 of the abovementioned Resolution 5 of the 30th International Conference and Paragraph 6 of Resolution 1 of the Council of Delegates held in Nairobi, 23-25 November 2009.
