Summary:
Approving resolution 48/75 of the United Nations' General Assembly, this decree suspended for five years the exportation, sale and transfer of all anti-personnel mines. All State authorities, including the central authorities and departments, the provinces and the municipalities, were required to take all the measures needed to implement the decree.
