Summary:
This Act establishes and recognizes the National Red Cross Society, sets out its objectives and includes provisions relating to its governing body. Section 8 makes an offence of any use, by persons other than the Society or not otherwise authorized under the provisions of the Conventions, of the red cross, red crescent and red lion and sun emblems or designations, without the consent of the Society's governing body.
