Summary:
This law recognizes the international tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda and sets forth how the Belgian authorities cooperate with them. The primacy of these tribunals is recognized, and their decisions have effect in municipal law. The Court of Cassation, Belgium's highest court, has jurisdiction to grant deferral of proceedings.
