Summary:
Articles from the Constitution deal with the distribution of powers between State organs regarding external affairs, the conclusion of treaties, the test of constitutionality of treaties, their publication and their validity in the internal legal order.
Article 65 also grants the President of the Federation the power to pardon, to alter or quash sentences and to annul criminal proceedings in regard to punishable actions committed in an official capacity, and Article 84 abolishes military tribunals except in time of war.
