State: Belgium Law or Regulations: Law of 22 March 1996 relative to the Recognition of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and of the International Tribunal for Rwanda and to Cooperation with these Tribunals
Art. 4. Les autorités compétentes accordent au Tribunal leur pleine et entière coopération judiciaire dans toute procédure visant les infractions définies aux articles 1er à 8 du statut du Tribunal pour l'ex-Yougoslavie et aux articles 2 à 4 du statut du Tribunal pour le Rwanda, conformément aux dispositions des résolutions mentionnées à l'article 2 de la présente loi ainsi qu'aux dispositions du statut, du règlement et de la présente loi.
