Convention on the prohibition of military or any hostile use of environmental modification techniques, 10 December 1976.

New Zealand

"The Government of New Zealand hereby declares its interpretation that nothing in the Convention detracts from or limits the obligation of States to refrain from military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques which are contrary to international law".
