Declaration of partial withdrawal of reservation made on 7 December 2009:

"(...) We, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, declare that the Government of the Republic of Djibouti, after having examined the declaration withdraws the said declaration with the exception of the reservations made to articles 14 and 21of the said Convention."
