Thousands of people who fled the fighting to neighbouring countries or to camps for internally displaced persons are returning to their communities. Often they find their homes destroyed and have few means with which to continue their lives. The ICRC is assisting the most vulnerable returnees and residents with farming tools, rice and vegetable seeds to re-launch their agricultural activities and become self-sufficient.
