An ICRC vehicle takes medical supplies to Kandahar hospital, where eight of the organization's medical staff work in support of that vital facility. The ICRC currently works where security permits. It is committed to remaining in Afghanistan and helping war-affected people, and hopes to expand it operations throughout the country.
