The ICRC in the Philippines: delegation newsletter - June 2009
The ICRC has been working in the Philippines since 1982. Through its five offices in Manila, Davao, Cotabato, Zamboanga and Tacloban, the organisation runs a humanitarian operation comprising of both protection and assistance programmes for thousands of people adversely affected by armed conflicts or other situations of violence.
