Pakistan: targeting civilians is the ultimate denial of humanitarian law

In the wake of the recent bombing in Peshawar – the latest and bloodiest in a string of attacks targeting civilians – the ICRC is alarmed at the severe and intensifying impact of violence on Pakistan's civilian population.
