Reservation made upon accession:
The Algerian Government shall be bound by the Protocol only in relation to States that have ratified it or acceded to it and shall cease to be bound by the Protocol vis-à-vis any State whose armed forces or whose allies' armed forces fail to comply with the Protocol's provisions.
