Summary
The Law on the Austrian Red Cross provides for its legal personality and tasks, and protects the confidentiality of its work as well as the emblem. In particular, Article 2 provides for the mandate of the Austrian Red Cross; Article 6 establishes special provisions relating to armed conflicts; and Article 8 deals with the misuse of the emblems.
