Act no. 28 of 1970 : an act to enable effect to be given in Botswana to certain international conventions made at Geneva on the twelfth day of August, nineteen hundred and forty nine, and for purposes connected therewith

Botswana government gazette extraordinary Supplement F, 26 August 1970, 143 p.

The Act provides for punishment of grave breaches of the 1949 Geneva Conventions and regulates certain aspects of legal proceedings instituted against prisoners of war or other protected internees.
