Section VII : On conventions between belligerents - Art. 95.
Art. 95. Hostilities are suspended at the date fixed by the agreement, or, if no date has been set, immediately after the notification.
If the duration of the armistice has not been defined, the belligerent parties may resume operations at any time, provided always that the enemy is warned in good time.
