Recognition of the Red Cross Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The International Committee of the Red Cross has officially recognized the Red Cross Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This recognition, which took effect on 8 May 2001, brings to 177 the number of National Societies that are members of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
