Both the brochure and the ICRC's work with children affected by conflict and violence emphasize children's vulnerability and resilience. The brochure discusses how to stop children getting involved with armed forces or groups, how to protect and help them and how to help them rebuild their lives when they return to their families and communities. It also highlights some of the relevant provisions of international law and principles.
