Introductory Seminar on IHL

The ICRC Brussels Delegation, the Belgian Red Cross and the Network on Humanitarian Action (NOHA) regularly organise an introductory seminar on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) in Brussels.

The seminar aims at providing humanitarian professionals with relevant background knowledge in IHL. The programme is designed to encourage discussions and debates on the main IHL issues arising in today's armed conflicts.

The seminar is open for participants form the European Union and NATO institutions as well as diplomatic representations to these organisations, Belgian civil servants, representatives of NGOs and journalists.

The seminar is in English only. The next edition will take place 27-29 April 2022. Registration is free.
