Specialized Finance Team Leader (fixed term, based at MSSC, Makati City)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervises the day-to-day activities of the Specialized Finance (Accounts Receivable, Asset & Lease Management, International Retirement Savings Plan and Treasury) team.
• Oversees the annual and monthly closings activities of the team and ensure quality and compliance of deliverables in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Participate, manage the activities of the team other than monthly and annual closing in collaboration with the Finance and Administration Division (FAD) in the Headquarters.
• Spearheads in the annual audit of Specialized Finance team
• Facilitates in identifying team and individual annual performance objective.
• Leads effectively in handling issue resolution and escalation process with HQ Head of Units and Head of Sectors.
• Ensure the team's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) is achieved
• Supports other Team Leaders of Financial Operations (FinOps) Unit and performs management duties when the unit manager is absent.
• Oversees the maintenance and review of the SLA Management of all teams in FinOps making sure that the agreement is always up to date.
• Takes an overarching perspective on planned and on-going projects within FinOps, leading the discussions and initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes

CERTIFICATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Working experience in Accounts Receivable, Asset and Lease Management, International Retirement Savings Plan and Treasury
• Proven experience in team management
• Fluent command of spoken and written English; French an advantage.
• Computer knowledge required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word), and strong understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) integrated systems (PeopleSoft, JD Edwards)
