Our panel of international and local experts will lead a discussion focused on new approaches to understanding behaviours in armed conflict and the cutting-edge training methods aimed at preventing violations of IHL.

Speakers include the head of ICRC’s Virtual Training Tools project, Christian Rouffaer, who will discuss new ways of engaging armed forces on IHL dialogue by harnessing virtual reality systems.
