On World Humanitarian Day the ODI will host the launch of Larissa Fast's new book 'Aid in Danger: The Perils and Promise of Humanitarianism' - a hard look at violent attacks against aid workers on the front lines of humanitarian crises.
Sarah Cotton, Communications and Public Affairs Adviser for the ICRC in the UK and Ireland will join the panel for this event. She will speak about the experience of the ICRC - how it works to keep staff safe and highlights the bigger problem of violence against healthcare during war and violence around the world, through the Healthcare in Danger project.
