The Museo Nacional de Arqueología, Antropología e Historia del Perú proudly displaying a banner advertising the “Humanity in War” photo exhibition.
The Humanity in War exhibition opened in Lima on 8 May at the Museo Nacional de Arqueología, Antropología e Historia del Perú
(Peruvian National Museum of Archaeology and History). Over 200 people attended, including Christophe Martin (head of the ICRC’s Lima delegation), Beatriz Merino (ombudsman), Salomón Lerner (former chair of the Peruvian truth and reconciliation committee) and numerous representatives of the Peruvian Red Cross. The video Story of an Idea was shown at the event.
The exhibition will move on to the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and then to Bolivia , where it will visit La Paz, Santa Cruz and Cochabamba, all with the support of the Bolivian Red Cross.
