We say good-bye to head of delegation Geoff Loane, who is about to take over as head of the ICRC's London office. We also say good-bye to Michael Khambatta, deputy head of delegation since 2007. At the same time, we extend a warm welcome to Mary Werntz, incoming head of delegation.
