Zimbabwe is among the first set of countries that signed the African Union Convention for the Protection and Assistance of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Africa. The agreement is known as the Kampala Convention as it was signed in Uganda in October 2009. More on this historic agreement and an overview of ICRC's activities in Zimbabwe from January to April 2010.
