ICRC Corporate Support Group: Swiss Re

Swiss Re has been a member of the ICRC Corporate Support Group from its inception in 2005, making a substantial contribution to the ICRC’s daily operations through knowledge transfer and donations since 2012. Until 2011, Swiss Re supported the endowment fund of the Foundation for the ICRC, interest from which helps fund the training of ICRC staff. Currently, the company is supporting ICRC operations that provide safe water for people affected by conflict.

 

Current projects

During 2012, Swiss Re is supporting ICRC projects that provide safe water for people affected by violence in Ecuador, India, Peru and the Philippines.
