Part III : Procedure in the international prize court - Art. 36.
Art. 36. The International Court may order the supplementary evidence to be taken either in the manner provided by Article 27
, or before itself, or one or more of the members of the Court, provided that this can be done without resort to compulsion or the use of threats.
If steps are to be taken for the purpose of obtaining evidence by members of the Court outside the territory where it is sitting, the consent of the foreign Government must be obtained.
