The ICRC Appeals 2012 present the following figures:
Headquarters Appeal: CHF 180.8 million
Emergency Appeals: CHF 969.5 million
This represents a decrease of CHF 77.4 million ( 7.4%) compared with the initial Emergency Appeals 2011, i.e. the amount initially appealed for, not including any additional budget extensions that occurred during the year. In real terms, the budget of CHF 969.5 million is comparable to the initial 2011 budget.
