Syz Bank Supports Families Affected by Quakes

The humanitarian impact of the quakes which hit southern Türkiye and northwest Syria on February 6 is huge. Thousands of people have been displaced from their homes and are struggling to survive. Children and families need essential supplies, food, shelter and medicines. They need you.

How your donation will help people in Syria and Türkiye today and beyond:

The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is on the ground, responding to emergency needs of earthquake victims. The International Committee of the Red Cross' (ICRC) response is focused on Syria, where it has been assisting and protecting people affected by the conflict since 1967, working together with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent.

In Türkiye, we are supporting our partners Kizilay (Turkish Red Crescent) and the IFRC, who are leading the response in accordance with the statutory mandate of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

In the coming days, more aid will arrive. This will include: solar lamps; high-thermal blankets; body bags; medical supplies; tarpaulins; kitchen equipment and hygiene parcels.Today your donation can make a difference for the most vulnerable.

Consider making a donation to the ICRC so that Red Cross and Red Crescent teams can respond to the urgent needs of people affected by these quakes. Thank you.
