PURPOSE
The Intern supports the Corporate Engagement Unit of the ICRC Regional Delegation for East Asia, primarily by implementing operational tasks and contributing to CORP meetings, events, capacity building workshops and other activities.
SCOPE
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for meetings, capacity building workshops and events.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of planned activities or events with interlocutors.
- Attend meetings with interlocutors and contribute to drafting meeting minutes.
- Conduct desk research on topics related to responsible business conduct when required.
- Support the documentation management and assist with other daily administrative work in the office.
- Join in regular calls with colleagues in Geneva and handle some follow-up actions or communication.
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
WORKING HOURS
- At least 3 days per week

- Perform all duties with the highest level of confidentiality in the interest of the employees and the ICRC.
- May be asked to perform tasks not covered in this job description and to provide support to other departments when necessary.
