In April 2019, Cyclone Kenneth struck northern Mozambique, a country still reeling from the devastating effects of Cyclone Idai which hit the country only six weeks prior.
Tens of thousands of people were left homeless as rubble paved communities where homes, schools, businesses and places of worship once stood.
In order to support communities reeling from the impact of Cyclone Kenneth in the Cabo Delgado province, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has been working with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the Mozambique Red Cross Society (CVM) to provide assistance.
