ICRC policy on gender, diversity and inclusion. The policy affirms the ICRC’s commitment to gender equality and non-discrimination. It provides an umbrella framework for gender, diversity and inclusion that is rooted in the Fundamental Principles and international law. Additional strategies to address specific barriers to inclusion have been – and will continue to be – developed and implemented. These are all part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and accountability of our work.
