PURPOSE
The Intern helps the HR Department of the ICRC Regional Delegation for East Asia mainly to support the implementation of specific HR project, campus recruitment and leave management, and other HR related issues.
SCOPE
- Assist the HR department's operation in leaves, teleworking, and check-in & out management.
- Support on Staff's onboarding and exit transaction.
- Manage Intern's onboarding, exit, allowance pay, insurance, HR related works etc.
- Assist on the ongoing recruitment including resumes screening, longlisting, written tests, etc.
- Assist on ad hoc HR project(s).
- Assist on the other arranged HR administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above.
- An excellence in English speaking, writing and reading.
- Proficiency in Windows Offices.
- Good interpersonal skill and pro-active communication style.
WORKING HOURS
• 3-4 days per week
GENERAL DUTIES

- Understand the roles of the components of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

- Perform all duties with the highest level of confidentiality in the interest of the employees and the ICRC.
- May be asked to perform tasks not covered in this job description and to provide support to other departments when necessary.
