PURPOSE
The Intern supports the HR Department of the ICRC Regional Delegation for East Asia, primarily by implementing operational tasks and contributing to HR projects, activities, and initiatives.
SCOPE
- Assist with time management tasks, including reconciling and updating leave reports, as well as teleworking records.
- Streamline recruitment during sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Assist in overseeing onboarding and exit transactions.
- Support the documentation management.
- Assist with the vendor contractual process.
- Bring in new perspectives in process optimization and development of HR's new initiatives.
- Complete other assigned HR tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
WORKING HOURS
• 5 days per week preferred
