The Data & Analytics Manager processes and analyses qualitative and quantitative data, interprets results, and translates findings into clear, actionable language to support other managers in data-driven decision-making.

The role includes working with stakeholders to define the appropriate data sets, questions, and hypotheses, and using suitable tools and skills to extract relevant insights that support business needs within the REM division. 

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure data structures meet the reporting and analytical needs of REM
  • Provide segmentations and tagging for the division in collaboration with other teams
  • Monitoring and resolving quality issues in the data sets (semantic layers) and dashboards
  • Support the evaluation and reporting needs of marketing initiatives using multiple, complex data sets, platforms and tools
  • Analyse and interpret data in order to identify trends
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, and if needed support migration from Tableau
  • Contribute to developing reports and data analyses, per the requests from REM teams
  • Proactively make proposals to the marketing managers regarding campaigns performance
  • Actively participate in projects such as migrations to new tools and systems  
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new CRM tool for the division 

Selection requirements

  • Three (3) years or more proven experience of delivering data quality and data analysis within a commercial environment, more specifically in a digital marketing department
  • Analytical solution oriented, with strong analytical and synthetic skills.
  • Certified either in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Computer science or Statistics.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, advanced SQL, and Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI and Tableau
  • Python is also desirable
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Good understanding of marketing and fundraising principles
