This position carries out skilled semi-routine HR administrative tasks under the close supervision and guidance of an HR Officer or HR Assistant 2. 

Standard practices are clearly defined and the incumbent follows established procedures to build core HR knowledge, and operational discipline.

The HR Assistant may be assigned specific deliverables from records management, onboarding, and or administrative support in the facilitation of talent management activities.

Selection requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good command (written and spoken) of English.
  • Computer literate, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel)
  • No prior work experience required; relevant internship or practicum in HR is an advantage.
  • Must be open to work onsite in Makati City
  • Must be open to work on a fixed-term contract
