The Project Officer is responsible for supporting activities relating to the Prisoners of Climate Change Multi-Year Multi-Partner (MYMP) project.

S/he ensures that the ICRC Project Management Framework is followed and its methodology and tools – including supporting documentation, planning, data and information management – are used correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a focal point for a given project or and ensures documentation (such as the project portfolio) is kept up to date.
  • Track progress of the project and budget as a whole and monitors the status of deliverables.
  • Ensures an overall information-management structure for the project and assist with filing and archiving where   necessary.
  • Assist in preparing documents and minutes of meetings where necessary.

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Certified training in project management
  • Experience in coordinating, planning and communicating with complex stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in planning, organization and data-management software.
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • English and Filipino verbal and written skills
