SWIRMO 2013 invitations are being processed through selected defence ministries. The workshop will be taught by serving senior military experts in four languages: English, French, Russian and Spanish. The ICRC and the Colombian Armed Forces look forward to welcoming participants to Cartagena between 6 and 12 October 2013 for this event.
