Lebanon: Tension mounts in Arsal

In the region of Arsal, a town in north-east Lebanon on the border with Syria, Syrian refugees outnumber the local population. Now, fighting has broken out between the Lebanese armed forces and Syrian opposition groups. Fabrizzio Carboni heads the ICRC's Lebanon delegation explains how this is affecting civilians and what the ICRC and the Lebanese Red Cross are doing to help them.
