Regional state consultations on international humanitarian law and cyber operations during armed conflicts

Together with partners, the ICRC is conducting a series of regional consultations with States on international humanitarian law and cyber operations during armed conflicts.

The aim of these events is to facilitate dialogue among States on a regional basis, with a view to developing common understandings on how international law applies to the use of information and communication technologies during armed conflicts.
