Community members fetch water, following a repair of this water point carried out by local technicians working with the ICRC. Nyala, Sudan. CC-BY-NC-ND / ICRC
In 2015, the ICRC continued to help hundreds of thousands of people in need of food, medical, and economic aid in Sudan.
We provided aid in the form of seeds and equipment, access to safe drinking water, medical treatment and supplies, and structural renovations. We also provided thousands of essential household items and emergency aid while working tirelessly to reconnect families separated during conflict.
